Sentinel Horizon LLC provides consulting and advisory services subject to the following general terms:

• Engagements are defined by written agreement between Sentinel Horizon and each client, including scope, deliverables, and applicable fees.
• No Guarantee of Outcome: While we commit to providing services with integrity, discipline, and professionalism, results depend on client actions and external factors beyond our control.
• Intellectual Property: Proprietary tools, methodologies, and trademarks (including NIGHT-1®) remain the property of Sentinel Horizon unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• No Endorsement: References to government agencies, programs, or partners do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
• Inquiries: Submission of a website inquiry does not establish a client relationship. Engagements commence only upon mutual execution of a formal agreement.
